Vicksburg Paramotor Fly In

Thursday, August 21 – Sunday, August 24, 2025

Camp and fly at this beautiful grass strip runway airpark.

Location

We found the coolest spot to share our passion for aviation right in our own backyard.

Thrall Lake Airport (7MI3) in Vicksburg, MI is a beautiful private grass strip airport. It also just happens to be home to a facility that can restore and produce entire Ford Tri-Motor aircraft from scratch. Who knew we had such a gem of iconic aviation right here in our own community!”

Purpose

A fly-in is really just a good excuse to fly in a cool spot with a bunch of your friends.

On top of being a great excuse for a bunch of friends to gather and enjoy cool aviation things, our goal is to give back to the community.

Community Day on Saturday is geared toward our local community here in Vicksburg to get the opportunity to see all aviation between paramotors, small fixed wing aircraft, car show, hot air balloons, and RC planes.

Proceeds from the whole event will go to benefit:

  • Paramotor Fly-In Weekend
  • Saturday Pancake Breakfast
  • VFW of Vicksburg
  • Vicksburg High School

Selection

Each year, we hope to continue to grow this event so we can help expose our community to the wonders of aviation while helping support great charities. This year we picked the theme of “veteran-serving” and “vicksburg students” for our group of selected charities. When we thought of quality, veteran-serving organizations, it was easy to think of specific ones that have greatly served our own communities. We are honored to do our part to further the VFW and our Vicksburg High School for our 2nd Annual fly-in celebration.

Giving Back

Proceeds from this year’s event will be donated to support charities dear to us. The charities selected this year center around serving veterans.

For Paramotor Pilots

Paramotor pilots interested in attending should pre-register to reserve camping and streamline the check-in process. T-shirt are available by preorder until Monday, August 4. Limited if any extra t-shirts will be available at the event.
